The position is located at the City Archive, part of the Administrative Department, and is part of the Municipal Executive Office where we coordinate various municipality-wide assignments and support administrations and companies throughout the municipal group. The City Archive manages and makes original documents from the 19th century onwards available. We also have the mandate to steer and develop the municipality's information management. Digitalization and systematic working methods are important tools in this work.

Our premises are centrally located in Uppsala near Stora Torget, a ten-minute walk from the central station. We are approximately 30 employees in a process-based organization. Description of Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the work for systematic information management across the entire municipality. The municipality has conducted development work in project form, which is now being handed over to line operations, where you will take on the coordinating role. The project deliverables include developed working methods and a tool support for information management.

You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of working methods and IT support for information management, followed by the ongoing operations. In this position, you will work in a cross-functional team together with various competencies and areas of responsibility within the Municipal Executive Office that work with information management. Primarily information security, data protection, law, data quality, business architecture, archives, and registry.

With the Municipal Executive Office as a base, you will coordinate work within both strategy and standardization, as well as operational support measures, with the entire municipality as your field of work. You will also be responsible for coordinating the Municipal Executive Office's own information management and information management plans, and will be part of the Municipal Board's data protection organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an academic education in a relevant field and several years of experience working with information management in public operations. You also have experience in development and change work as well as project management with a focus on effectiveness in operations. You are accustomed to working both strategically and operationally on development issues and can smoothly switch between these levels. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position. Experience with overarching coordination responsibilities in a large and complex organization is meritorious. Good knowledge of agile development is also meritorious for the position.

You work well with other people and relate to them in a listening manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
