About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Coordinator. The position is full-time starting August 10th and extends for one year, subject to mutual satisfaction.
Our client offers a dynamic workplace with a fast pace, strong team spirit, and a shared focus on delivery and results. You will have many contact points and a role where your efforts make a real difference in creating successful events.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you step into a broad and varied role at the heart of the business. You are a crucial support to the sales organization and are responsible for smooth participant and partner administration. You work both administratively and operationally, with a focus on structure, quality, and service. The role also involves contact via email and phone – from warm dialogues to daring to take the first step in new relationships. In connection with events, travel is part of the job, mostly in and around Stockholm.
You will among other things:
- Administer participants and partners in the event system before, during, and after events.
- Manage participant lists, registrations, dispatches, and follow-ups.
- Contact customers via email and phone (both warm and cold leads) for invitations and follow-up of VIP activities.
- Coordinate invitations, reminders, and participant flows.
- Be the contact person for partners regarding practical issues related to participation.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and materials.
We are looking for someone who
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work.
- Has good computer and system skills.
- Has a high school diploma.
- Has good knowledge of the Office package.
- Has work experience within service with associated coordination/administration.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in a similar role within events, participant administration, or equivalent.
- Have experience with event systems or CRM systems.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has an easy time creating order even in a varied everyday life. You are service-oriented and communicative, with a natural ability to build trust in contact with different people, both internally and in more ad hoc situations. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and helpful, and thrive in a role where you get to support others and contribute to a well-functioning collaboration. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while being flexible and stress-resistant, able to handle periods of high tempo. With a solution-oriented approach, you easily prioritize and keep track of many parallel tasks.
Our recruitment process
We apply rolling selection and will remove the ad when a sufficient number of candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
