About the Role

In collaboration with Columbia Elektronik, we are looking for the next star in CNC! As a CNC Operator, you will work in a small team where you are responsible for a 3-axis milling machine from the brand DATRON. Your tasks will include operating the machine, setting up materials, rigging the machine, and programming based on CAD drawings. You will work with small details in materials such as laminate, fiberglass, or plastic. Your work area also includes other machines such as manual milling, turning, and band sawing, as well as assembly tasks.

The employment is initially a contract assignment through Ikett Personalpartner AB, with the ambition to transition into direct employment with Columbia Elektronik AB. Working hours are during the day with some flexibility. The position is open for immediate start, subject to notice periods.

Columbia Elektronik is an electronics company that develops and sells test equipment for the Scandinavian and Baltic markets. Today, Columbia provides test equipment with a focus on customer-specific test fixture solutions for circuit boards. The company designs and produces both its own fixture solutions and has several complementary agencies. Columbia also sells complete test systems and offers test development and service.

The company was founded in 1977 in Kolmården, Norrköping. Today, it belongs to the Industry business area within the publicly listed group Addtech AB (publ).

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year of experience operating CNC machines.
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings.

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience with 3-axis milling (DATRON).
• Familiarity with processing laminate, fiberglass, or plastic.
• Experience with assembly.
• Experience with manual turning and milling.
