We are looking for a consultant who will work with the collection and analysis of customer data as a basis for exchanging customers' hardware.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for structuring, processing, and analyzing customer information to support decisions regarding hardware upgrades and exchanges. The work involves close contact with customers as well as collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Collection and handling of customer data
Data analysis as a basis for recommendations regarding hardware exchange
Administrative handling and documentation of cases
Customer contact via email and/or meetings
Contribute to improved processes and decision-making materials

Qualifications

Experience working with basic IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Experience with customer contact and good communication skills
Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
