Technical Sales Specialist in Cooling for Swegon – Region South!

Swegon is now looking for a Technical Sales Specialist in Cooling for Region South – a key role for you who wants to contribute to developing future energy-efficient solutions in cooling and heat pumps.

Your future role:

As a technical cooling sales specialist at Swegon, you work closely with customers and projects throughout the entire business cycle – from initial contact to the final solution. You combine technical advisory services with relationship-building sales and help customers find the right solutions for their cooling and heat pump systems.

You will become a key partner to installers, consultants, contractors, and property owners, contributing both technical expertise and business acumen.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Develop sales of Swegon's cooling and heat pump solutions
• Build long-term relationships with consultants, installers, and contractors
• Act as technical support and advisor in projects
• Identify new business opportunities through customer dialogue and market presence
• Drive business within both project and spot sales
• Work systematically in the CRM system and contribute to an efficient sales process

You belong to Region South and are based at one of our offices in Malmö, Ängelholm, or Kalmar. The role involves travel within the region and occasional overnight stays, but mostly day trips.

This position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, but you will be employed directly by Swegon. Our and the client's request is that all questions regarding the position are directed to [email protected].

We are looking for you who have

• Experience in cooling technology, for example, working with cooling machines or heat pumps
• Good technical understanding of cooling systems and installations
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a customer-facing role or have experience in technical sales
