The Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic is a county clinic within the Sensory Centre, Region Östergötland, responsible for all healthcare in the region within the ENT specialty. As a university clinic, we have three main tasks: to provide specialized care, to teach, and to conduct research and development. Region Östergötland consists of three hearing care clinics with approximately 60 employees, where we are now looking for a colleague to join our team based in Linköping.

Job Description
We are now looking for a driven person for the role of Administrator within Hearing Care in Linköping.
You will have a central role in the operations and work closely with both your own profession and other professional categories.
Your main tasks will include handling waiting lists and referrals, patient bookings, as well as Tele-Q and 1177. The role also involves providing administrative support to other colleagues within the operations, for example, handling sickness notifications and other common administrative tasks.
About You
You have experience in administrative work and/or an educational background that the employer considers relevant for the position. You have good administrative skills and are familiar with working in the Office package/Microsoft 365. Experience with the medical record system Cosmic or previous work within hearing care is meritorious. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
The work requires good communication skills and a professional attitude. You are careful, flexible, and quick to learn new tasks, and you take responsibility for your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks efficiently and adhere to set deadlines. Personal suitability is highly valued.
