We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Götene Kyltransporter AB!

About the position
As a customer service representative at Götene Kyltransporter, you will play a central role in the daily workflow. You will work independently but in close collaboration with traffic managers, serving as a key link between the customer, planning, and execution.

We are looking for someone who can start relatively soon and is available to work during the summer.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Receiving and handling customer emails with booking details in Excel, and verifying these in the T5 system
• Ensuring together with traffic managers that transports are feasible (resources, cargo, and planning)
• Handling approximately 10–15 booking-related emails per day

The role also includes:

• Customer service, answering questions regarding goods, deliveries, and pallet status (including Frigo)
• Administrative tasks such as document management and sorting of waybills

We are looking for you who
We believe you are a structured and service-oriented person who thrives in an administrative role with many contact points.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Good proficiency in data handling
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with transport or booking systems (meritorious)
