Your Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have overall responsibility for the recruitment process, primarily focused on production roles at Saab, so-called Blue Collar. This includes, among other things, defining job profiles, writing and publishing job advertisements, screening, meetings with hiring managers, conducting interviews, assessing candidates after aptitude and personality tests, security clearance interviews, and reference checks.
You will provide consultative support to Saab's managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), using your expertise in candidate assessment to help Saab find the right person for the right role. The role also involves a clear focus on improvement and development. With the support of data, insights, and analysis, you will contribute to developing our working methods, processes, and candidate experience. You will become part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team working across the entire talent lifecycle, from employer branding and outreach to final recruitment.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or another relevant field
- Experience in recruitment, where you have independently worked with recruitment processes
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with security clearance interviews
- Experience with the recruitment system Workday
- Experience with psychometric tests and/or certification in assessment
You will join a team of several wonderful recruiters, so we appreciate that you contribute with positive energy, flexibility, and good teamwork skills. In this role, you will have significant autonomy as you drive your own recruitment processes independently, which means you also need to have strong decision-making skills. As with many other companies, some administrative work is included, which you should handle in a structured and orderly manner.
The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance procedures according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires a security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
