Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a small team at Mörsil School Kitchen. Your main tasks will include preparation, cooking, and serving high-quality dishes. The cooking is done largely from scratch. You will prepare and serve food with high-quality ingredients. 50% of our food products are KRAV-certified, organic, MSC-labeled, fair trade, or locally produced. We always choose 100% Swedish meat and Swedish meat products.

Qualifications and Merits

Documented culinary training (cook education).
Training in HACCP/self-control.
Knowledge of allergen-free diets.
Good computer skills.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious: Experience from public meals and working with the diet software MASHIE or equivalent.

Employment Type

Permanent position. The position is vacant subject to no surplus staff, need for reassignment, or preferential rights within the municipality. Probationary employment may apply.
