About Us

Eken Floby is part of Humana, a leading actor in healthcare and social care. Here we offer housing for adults with mental disabilities, with or without a need for somatic care. Our unit, located in Floby, has 18 places. Our clients are 18 years and older, and we work to provide them with support and help that truly makes a difference.

At our facility, we work in close collaboration between different professions. Our team consists of nurses, assistant nurses, and psychiatrists.

About the Role

As care staff at our facility, you will have a varied job where you, among other things, will plan and implement individual interventions based on needs and goals from our residents' implementation plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with other healthcare personnel.

Examples of tasks:

• Follow up on residents' weekly plans and implementation plans
• Handle medication based on delegation
• Conduct activities and drives
• Social interaction
• Support in daily activities and ADL (e.g., nursing, meal support, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping)

Employment Terms

We are currently looking for an employee for a hourly position. The working hours are varied and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The salary is hourly, and other benefits are provided according to the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work within Sweden.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who is solution-focused, sensitive, and flexible. You are a person who has the ability to handle stressful situations with security and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work, while also having good teamwork skills and thriving in a team. You have pedagogical insight into people's different prerequisites and can adapt your way of communicating to their needs.

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated as an assistant nurse, caregiver, nursing assistant, or have equivalent knowledge and experience

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with the target group
• A driver's license (Category B)
