Your workplace

Today, approximately 25 employees work here, and we value an open climate where everyone has a voice and can influence decisions.

As a training health centre, we offer a learning environment where competence development is a natural part of everyday life. You will have access to collegial supervision, internal training, and experience sharing in cross-professional teams. There is also the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in areas such as diabetes. We encourage initiative and give you the space to drive improvement work and develop operations together with us.

Your responsibilities

As a District Nurse with us, you will have a varied and stimulating role where you follow patients through all stages of life.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Running your own clinic.
• Providing advice via phone and digital channels.
• Scheduled and urgent patient visits.
• Close collaboration with our cross-professional team.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for a District Nurse with a few years of experience who feels confident in their professional role. You have a good manner of dealing with people and communicative skills that create trust among both patients and colleagues.

You thrive in teams, collaborate naturally with others, and contribute to a positive work environment. You are secure and stable in yourself, which is reflected in a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills. You have a good holistic view and consider the best interests of the organization in your actions. At the same time, you work independently and take responsibility for your tasks by planning, structuring, and prioritizing your work effectively.

Additional qualifications such as further education as a Diabetes Nurse are meritorious. Experience with Visiba Care or other digital healthcare solutions is also considered an advantage.
