Two teams have openings

Team 5 – Work from the office

Here you get fixed hourly wage + commission from day one, as we can see you and ensure you are on-site. You work at the office with colleagues and managers close by. Perfect for those who prefer being on-site, but without the flexibility Team 7 offers after the introduction period.

Working hours: Weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00

Team 7 – Work from home

You start in our fast-track program with variable compensation from the start. Once you are fully up to speed and delivering results, there is an opportunity to move to fixed hourly wage + commission – the same structure and earning potential as in Team 5, but with full flexibility to continue working on your terms and from any location.

You connect to the office from your own laptop, wherever you are, with fixed hourly wage and commission.

Working hours: Same as the office – weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00

Important to know

The role involves making phone calls throughout the entire workday. In your application, we therefore ask that you briefly describe why you enjoy phone-based work and what makes you capable of and appreciative of handling many calls daily with different people.

All work is conducted via the employer's internal systems, the same systems used by our office teams. You do not use a private phone or private phone number – systems, logins, and technical tools are provided by the employer.

Clarification

All calls are made through our system. You do not call from your own phone or use a private number – it works exactly the same as in the office.

Requirements for remote work:

  • No previous experience needed – we provide all training.
  • You must have your own computer (PC or Mac).
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Headset or headphones with microphone.
  • Microsoft Teams installed.

⏳ In this role, the phone is your primary work tool, and we are looking for someone who enjoys calling customers, holding conversations, and building customer relationships via phone.
