You will also be part of our substitute pool, offering great opportunities for work at various locations in Stockholm as we collaborate with different driving schools. You will need to be flexible and available to step in with short notice. The more proactive you are, the more shifts you will receive, given the high demand.

Västerort Driving School is centrally located in Vällingby, just a stone's throw from the city center. We are now looking to complement our team with an additional part-time/receptionist on an as-needed basis.

We are looking for a cheerful and service-oriented person who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and know what to prioritize. The students are our focus, and their satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You must be able to handle stress while remaining friendly and delivering high-quality service. Loyalty and attention to detail in your work are essential.

The duties include standard receptionist tasks, such as answering phones and emails, booking and canceling student driving lessons, and scheduling Risk Training 1 and 2. You will coordinate various activities, welcome new students at the office, register them, and guide them to ensure they receive the necessary help. Some light cleaning tasks may also be included.

OBS IMPORTANT! We are only accepting applications from students studying via distance education, preferably with at least 1 year of studies remaining, ideally 2–3 years.

We value personality and personal qualities more than previous professional experience.
