We are now looking for a Category Sales Merchandiser (CSM) who wants to help drive sales for our products forward. Here you will become a key player in a tech-savvy team at a company with high ambitions! Your Mission In the role of Category Sales Merchandiser, you are the central salesperson and product expert. You belong to the product department and are part of a tight category team where you work closely with both the category manager, marketing department, and sales organization. Your main goal is to drive sales and profitability within your category across all our sales channels. Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Publish products online with selling and informative product texts as well as inspiring images.
• Create, optimize, and publish product content that drives sales and meets SEO standards.
• Actively drive and optimize upselling and cross-selling within your categories.
• Monitor the market, competitors' pricing, and implement our pricing strategy.
• Create and execute category campaigns that drive both sales and profit.
• Produce product films, in-depth blog posts, and product tests.

We are looking for a forward-looking and analytical person with a strong built-in sales drive. We view it very positively if you have experience in retail sales and therefore a deep understanding of the entire sales process and customer interaction. We are looking for someone who has:

• A great interest, knowledge, and passion for products within Photography, Video, Audio, or IT.
• Experience in e-commerce and a strong commercial understanding of how merchandising affects conversion.
• A communicative and structured mindset with the ability to independently drive your work forward.
• A data-driven and results-oriented way of working.
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in publishing tools (CMS) and PIM systems, such as Optimizely and InRiver.
