Job Description

As a Regional Auction Broker, your main task is to find objects and list them on the platform. You prospect, contact, and visit customers – and drive the entire process from the first conversation to publication and follow-up.

You fully own your pipeline and plan your day entirely on your own. It is your activity that creates the results – and your effort determines your income.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, processing, and visiting new and existing customers.
• Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to closing and follow-up.
• Identify and publish customers' objects on the platform.
• Build long-term relationships that lead to recurring business.
• Report customer activities and results in the CRM system.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in sales with own customer responsibility.
• Is used to working against individual budgets and KPIs.
• Thrives in proactive and proactive sales (hunting).
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and good computer skills, preferably with CRM experience.

You do not need to have worked with machinery or auctions before – but you need to be the type who creates your own business opportunities rather than waiting for them.
