DC Talents is now looking for a driven Payroll Consultant who wants to become part of a knowledgeable team at NTM. This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by DC Talents and hired out to the client. The start date for the position is immediate, and the assignment initially runs until 2026-12-31 with the location in Norrköping.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an engaged and self-reliant Payroll Consultant who wants to be part of a great team in an exciting phase.

In this role, you will work broadly with payroll administration for several companies within the group, including newspaper operations and distribution activities. You will handle payrolls for different collective agreement areas such as white-collar workers, journalists, and distributors, and work closely with both HR and Finance.

Main Responsibilities

• Handling the entire payroll process for several collective agreements (e.g., Unionen, SJF, Distributor Agreement under Transport, and Ledarna)
• Registration and control of payroll data such as absence, overtime, and schedule changes
• Administration of pensions, insurances, and other employee benefits
• Participation in the improvement and development of routines in connection with system changes

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in payroll from either a university or a university college, as well as at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. In this role, it is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in larger payroll systems (preferably Agda PS) and the various collective agreements mentioned earlier.
