About the role
As a Customer Service Representative working on behalf of Telia, you will:
- Represent Releasy and our client Telia – one of Sweden's leading companies in IT and telecommunications.
- Be the customer's first point of contact via phone and email.
- Actively work on upselling in every customer interaction by identifying customer needs and offering the right solutions.
- Deliver top-class service and always put customer satisfaction first.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
Education: Basic education combined with practical work.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary combined with a commission-based bonus linked to your upselling.
Working hours: Working hours vary within Telia's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:15 and Saturdays 9:00-17:15.
Start date: Training starts on June 11 and June 25. You will attend one of the training sessions.
We are looking for you who
- Have a high school diploma
- Speak and write fluent Swedish
- Have good ability to speak and write in English
- Are computer literate and preferably have system competence
- Experience in service or sales is meritorious, but not a requirement

You are communicative and helpful, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions. You do not need previous sales experience – but to succeed in the role, you need to be results-oriented and eager to learn.
