We are looking for a mentor/coordinator for the "Rusta och Matcha" project at our office in Ekerö.
The position is part-time, 50%.
We are looking for you who are self-motivated, driven, and engaged with other people—a relationship builder with experience in job matching.
The requirement is that you have post-secondary education and experience through one of the following alternatives:
Alternative 1
A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) AND
Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time professional experience.
Alternative 2
At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time professional experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Team leadership with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Case handling in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).
- Work with career guidance and labor market guidance.
