About the position

We are a family residing in Hylte Municipality looking for a substitute caregiver for our daughter in her early teens. The support is part of the assistance granted to the family to enable recovery and personal time, while our daughter gets a secure and meaningful time with someone she can trust. The assignment covers up to 20 hours per month and takes place in and around the home. Hourly employment applies, confidentiality is required, and an agreement is signed at the start of the assignment.

Responsibilities

As a substitute caregiver, your main task is to socialize with and care for the user for a few hours each week. This may involve social activities, walks, or other activities that suit her needs and interests at the moment. You work independently and are responsible for creating a secure and positive environment during the time you spend with her. The assignment is flexible in nature and is adjusted continuously based on what works best for the user and the family.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to make a meaningful contribution alongside studies, work, or other activities. The most important thing is that you are a secure and warm person who enjoys the company of young people and takes your assignment seriously. You are responsible, sensitive, and proactive, and you feel comfortable working independently without close supervision.

Requirements:

• Secure, responsible, and flexible personality
• Engaged and sensitive in interactions with young people
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and access to a car (bus connections are lacking in the area)
• No allergies to or fear of dogs and cats
• A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) for personal details is required, which can be ordered via Polisen.se and submitted in an unopened envelope
