About the role

We are now looking for engaged and driven warehouse staff for Santa Maria's spice factory in Mölndal. As a warehouse employee, you will have an important role in daily operations, where your main tasks include forklift driving and supplying the production with materials. You will also work in the business system Microsoft AX to handle inventory flows and materials.

In the role of warehouse employee, your tasks will be varied and include the following:

• Forklift driving (reach truck)
• Ensuring that production always has the necessary materials
• Working in business systems and handling orders
• Resolving any disruptions
• Sampling
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Supporting palletizing operations

The work is scheduled in two shifts from Monday to Friday, where the morning shift is between 06:50 and 15:00 (Fridays until 14:40) and the afternoon shift is between 15:00 and 23:30 (Fridays until 19:10). The position is a consultancy employment with Adecco, but you will perform your work at Santa Maria in Mölndal.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and meticulous with a sharp eye for detail. You have a strong safety mindset and are willing to take initiative within your area of responsibility. Since the work involves evening shifts approximately every sixth week, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy varying working hours.

Key requirements for the position are:

• Forklift license A1-A4 and B1-B4 according to TLP10
• Previous experience working in business systems
• Previous experience in warehouse work and forklift driving (primarily reach trucks)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience in food production
• Previous experience as a process/machine operator
• Previous experience with the Microsoft AX business system
