About the Client

We are currently looking for Production Staff who want to work part-time with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry outside of Borås.

Job Responsibilities

You will work in a team, and tasks may vary. Your main responsibilities will include hanging and removing metal parts on a production line, as well as performing simpler assembly, packing, and inspection tasks. Since the work can be physically demanding at times, it is an advantage if you are comfortable with physical labor. You need to be flexible and able to step in and start working with short notice when needed. A requirement is that you can work shifts, as working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and night. The need applies only on weekdays as weekend work does not occur at the workplace. Applicants must be students or have another primary occupation of at least 50%.

Background and Personal Qualities

It is desirable if you have completed a practical education or have worked in the industry before, but this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are required because public transport does not align with the working hours. You are meticulous and can maintain a high pace while working. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace.
