Itsy is now looking for a Senior IT Consultant with broad infrastructure competence who wants to take technical responsibility, be close to the customer, and contribute to both stable operations and continued development. This role suits you if you have a holistic perspective and enjoy combining technology with advisory services and customer dialogue.

Responsibilities

In the role of Senior IT Consultant at Itsy, you work closely with customers and take responsibility for both maintaining and developing IT environments. Examples of tasks include:

• Design, operation, and further development of IT infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and improvement work
• Modernization and migration (on-prem ↔ cloud)
• Technical advisory to customers and internal teams

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role, e.g., IT Consultant, Infrastructure Generalist, Network Generalist, etc.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, identity, and access.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Knowledge of backup, DR, and monitoring.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Cloud & hybrid knowledge (Azure and/or AWS).

You have technical breadth and like to see the big picture, rather than being a specialist in a single area. You also want to contribute to knowledge sharing in a team where people work closely together and have a flat hierarchy. As a person, you are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and are confident in customer interactions.

• Location: Örebro, with the possibility of hybrid work. The role involves customer visits.
