About the unit

Graphic Production is part of the Supply Central unit within the Swedish Armed Forces Logistics (FMLOG) unit. Our mission is to support and assist the Swedish Armed Forces with graphic expertise, print production, and branded products. We deliver everything from nameplates and signs to publications and roll-ups. Here, you will become part of a team of approximately 50 dedicated colleagues who contribute daily to Sweden's defense capability.

Main responsibilities

As an administrator or material planner with a focus on publications, you are responsible for ensuring that the Swedish Armed Forces' publications are available, up-to-date, and present in sufficient quantities at the right locations. You work at the interface between planning, administration, and coordination, with many contact points both internally and externally.

The role includes, among other things:

• Monitoring stock levels and assessing the need for publications
• Planning and ordering printed material/publications
• Monitoring deliveries and availability
• Collaborating with various functions and external actors
• Handling cases, contributing to improvement work, and acting as backup

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Upper secondary education with passing grades
• Experience in planning, coordination, and follow-up
• Experience in administrative work with multiple parallel tasks
• Experience working in digital business systems (e.g., order, case, or business systems)
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

You can quickly absorb and overview information, and you take responsibility for your tasks, ensuring they are followed through to completion according to established processes. You understand how work functions in a larger organization, where processes are interconnected across several functions. • Experience with SAP/PRIO or Vidar
