The hearing clinics are part of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic in Sörmland, a county clinic with a catchment area of 300,000 inhabitants. The operations are located at Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna, Kullbergska Sjukhuset in Katrineholm, and Nyköping Hospital, with a total of 130 employees. Within the clinic, there are ENT outpatient services, a light care ward, surgical operations, a hearing clinic, a speech therapy clinic, and an administrative unit.

Your Responsibilities

Here you will work within the following areas:

• Hearing diagnostics with opportunities for advanced diagnostics.
• Hearing rehabilitation/habilization.
• Prescription of hearing aids and other hearing technical aids for private use.
• Documentation and medical record keeping.

There is also an opportunity to specialize in:

• BAHA (Bone-Anchored Hearing Aid).
• Children.
• Severely hearing impaired.
• Tinnitus.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed audiologist. Experience in the profession is an advantage. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. We are looking for someone who is responsible and can work both independently and in collaboration with others. We value that you are sensitive, engaged, and have an ethical and professional approach. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Temporary position with start date in week 35.
