Short about the role
The role of Property Technician involves being responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of our properties. You are responsible for corrective maintenance, monitoring utility consumption, and implementing operational optimization measures. The role also includes supervising external maintenance. As a Property Technician, you are the face of the company and play a key role in facilitating our tenants' daily lives.

Your profile
You have previous experience as a Property Technician or as another type of technician (e.g., in heating, construction, cooling, HVAC, or electrical). For us, willingness and long-term commitment are just as important as previous experience. You must also hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an employee in a property company, and/or have experience with control and regulation technology. We would also appreciate if you have experience working with property management systems such as Vitec and Bastec, for example, the modules Technical Management and Energy Monitoring.

As a person, you thrive when given responsibility, both for the maintenance and condition of the properties and for the well-being of the tenants. You value planning your work, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. This role involves frequent contact with our tenants, so prior customer service experience is required.

You will be based in Kristianstad, and the work area also includes Bromölla, Åhus, and Tollarp. You will be part of a cohesive team consisting of property managers, lettings agents, administration staff, Property Technicians, and Property Managers. You report to the Property Manager in Kristianstad.

The position is a permanent employment preceded by a six-month probation period, starting as agreed.
