About the role

As a Project Manager and Consultant at Neatly, you will play a key role in some of Sweden's most exciting technology and industrial companies. You will lead technical projects that often involve both hardware and software, collaborating closely with various competencies in cross-functional teams. Your task will be to create structure, drive collaboration forward, and ensure that deliveries meet high quality standards. We are looking for someone who has

An academic engineering degree
Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
3–10 years of experience in project management within the technology or industrial sector
Experience working with various project models and agile methods
Experience in customer-facing work and building long-term relationships
