We are now strengthening our team in Stockholm and looking for you to challenge the global giants in network security.
About the RoleIn this role, you are responsible for developing and driving sales in the field of network security towards larger companies and strategic customers.
You work through the entire business process – from initial contact to closing the deal and further developing the customer relationship – often competing with well-known global players such as Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, WatchGuard, Sophos, and Juniper Networks.
Your work covers solutions including but not limited to:
- Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
- Segmentation and protection of network environments
- SD-WAN solutions
- Zero Trust-based access
- Protection of operational technology and critical infrastructure
You act as a consultative partner to decision-makers such as CIOs and CISOs, helping them navigate both technical choices and strategic security issues.
A key part of the dialogue involves how organizations can strengthen their resilience through European choices of technology and architecture, and how regulations and dependencies affect long-term security and control.
Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who is already working in sales within network security or firewalls, preferably with one of the established vendors on the market, and who now wants to take the step into a role with greater impact and a clearer focus on European technology development.
You have experience in complex B2B sales where multiple stakeholders are involved and sales cycles are often long. You are accustomed to working closely with technical teams and translating technical solutions into concrete business value.
Furthermore, you have a good understanding of how network architecture and security solutions interconnect in larger environments, and you feel confident in dialogues with senior decision-makers. You are driven by building long-term customer relationships and winning deals in competitive situations.
Requirements for the Position- 6–10 years of experience in solution-oriented B2B sales within cybersecurity or network security
- Experience in selling firewall and security solutions
- Experience with strategic customer accounts and complex procurement processes
- Strong habit of consultative sales at a senior level
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience from the public sector, defense, or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and European security requirements
- Experience in building up a market or business area
