Do you want to help develop the school of the future in Bollnäs? Granbergsskolan is now looking for an engaged social pedagogue who wants to contribute to the safety, development, and learning of our students, as well as be part of the ongoing development work within the municipality's primary schools.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment during the period 2026-08-12 to 2027-08-12.

Granbergsskolan offers high-quality education for primary school grades F-6. The work environment is secure, and core values are a prioritized area that permeates daily life. Job Responsibilities

As a social pedagogue with us, you play an important role in creating a safe, inclusive, and developmental school environment for our students. You work closely with students, guardians, educators, and student health services to promote attendance, safety, and good relationships in school. You become an important part of the school's student health work and the preventive and promoting work regarding students' social development and well-being.

In the role, you work both preventively and supportively, focusing on creating good conditions for students' learning and well-being in school.

The work involves, among other things:

• supporting and guiding students in social situations and in their development
• working on relationship-building and safety in the school's environments
• collaborating with guardians, student health services, and external actors when necessary
• working on promoting and preventing issues related to attendance, safety, and study environment
• conducting conversations with individual students and student groups
• contributing to the school's value-based work and the development of social learning environments
• supporting educators in working with students in need of social support

As a social pedagogue with us, you are an important adult in the students' daily lives. Through your engagement and relationship-building work, you contribute to creating a safe and positive school environment where all students are given the opportunity to develop and succeed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education as a social pedagogue or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children and young people in school or other pedagogical activities.

You have a good ability to build relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-focused, and enjoy working together with others for the students' best interests.
