Your Role

As a Night Receptionist, you will become an important part of our wonderful team! Your duties will vary between:

• Guest contact at the reception – check-ins and check-outs, bookings, payments, phone calls, and handling of the guest club/points, etc.
• Preparing and assisting with breakfast service and cleaning – we always support each other across departments.
• Preparing conference rooms for the following day's meetings.

No two days are the same here, and we work together to create a warm, welcoming, and pleasant experience for our guests.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who love providing world-class service! You have energy, take initiative, and have a cheerful and professional demeanor. You are flexible, thrive in both teamwork and taking individual responsibility, and appreciate order and structure – even when things are busy.

Experience in hotel, conference, or reception work is a plus, but the most important thing is your positive attitude and willingness to give the guest that little extra. We use the booking system MEWS.

Working Hours

We are looking for receptionists who want to work nights on a schedule of 7 nights worked / 7 nights off.

We are also looking for extra night staff who can step in with short notice.
