At Vår Omtanke, we are currently looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Enskede. In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work together with us according to our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

We are now looking for a mature female personal assistant for a woman in her 60s living in Enskede.

Responsibilities

• Support and help in everyday life, both practical and social
• Personal care
• Active participation in the client's activities and routines
• Create a safe, harmonious, and positive environment

Qualifications

• Experience with stroke and epilepsy

We are looking for someone who

• Is calm, secure, and takes initiative
• Is honest, reliable, and has a warm approach
• Has empathy, patience, and is perceptive
• Has good social skills and is responsible
• Has experience in personal assistance or equivalent work
• Understands and speaks fluent Swedish
• Is flexible and has a high work ethic

About the employment

• Can work varying hours and is flexible
• Seeking a 50% position or interested in working as an hourly substitute as needed

Working hours:

• Day shifts: 08:30-15:30
• Evening shifts: 16:45-21:00
• Weekends: 08:30-21:00
• You need to be flexible and able to work all shifts.
