Summer is approaching in Gothenburg, a period when the city offers a wonderful mix of meetings, assignments, and events in various settings. We are now looking for flexible and service-oriented employees who want to help create great experiences within service, events, and restaurants – year-round.

This is a perfect setup for you who want to work extra when needed and control how much you work yourself. We welcome both you with experience from serving, conferences, catering, or events, and you who are new to the industry but have the right attitude, curiosity, and a strong sense for service.

You will work on varied assignments where the environment and pace may differ. It can be anything from quieter restaurant evenings and conference assignments to corporate events, mingling, and catering assignments.

Examples of tasks:

• À la carte serving and restaurant service
• Serving at banquets
• Preparation and service at conferences
• Catering and mingling assignments
• Bar and beverage service
• Events and trade fairs

What can a workday look like?

No day is the same as the other. One day you serve a carefully composed three-course meal in an elegant restaurant setting. The next day you work at a larger event, a VIP arrangement, or a lively banquet with hundreds of guests. Regardless of the assignment, your focus is the same: professional treatment, team spirit, and service of the absolute highest class.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who thrive in the service profession and enjoy meeting people. You are flexible, responsible, and contribute with positive energy. You work just as well independently as in a team and have a sense for detail and good hospitality.

Previous experience from serving, events, or similar is meritorious, but not a requirement – the right attitude weighs the heaviest.

Scope

This is extra work on an as-needed basis, which means you choose how much you want to work. We would like you to have another main occupation of at least 50% (studies or work).

Shifts are offered during the day, evening, and weekend – depending on need and availability.
