Aleris is now looking for a Senior Systems Specialist for our Healthcare Information Team (VIS) – a key role for you who want to work close to operations and contribute to creating the prerequisites for safe, efficient, and modern care.

We are responsible for the administration, configuration, and operation-specific adaptation of medical record systems, operating room planning systems, national e-services, and solutions for digital communication. As Aleris grows, you will help drive implementations and innovations, develop working methods, and influence how our systems best support operations – today and in the future.

The Role

This is a broad and responsible role where you combine operational work with strategic development. Among other things, you will:

• Drive and develop the administration of our healthcare information systems
• Be a key person in the development and implementation of new systems and the launch of new operations
• Work proactively with improvements, quality, and stability in our deliveries
• Be responsible for dialogue with suppliers and ensure high delivery quality
• Act as an expert support to operations and translate needs into solutions
• Plan and conduct training initiatives and contribute to increased system understanding
• Ensure that our solutions comply with laws, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in and influence development through internal and external forums

About You

We are looking for you who have solid experience working as a specialist or administrator of operation-specific IT systems within healthcare, and who thrive in a role where you get to combine structure, analysis, and collaboration.

You are confident in your competence and used to taking responsibility, driving initiatives, and making well-founded decisions. At the same time, you have a strong ability to build trust and communicate pedagogically with different target groups.

You have:

• Several years of experience working with healthcare information systems, e.g., medical record systems, as a specialist or administrator, preferably in complex environments
• Experience with implementations and/or change management
• Good understanding of healthcare processes and regulations
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally

It is meritorious if you have experience with Webdoc and/or TakeCare as well as work with process and routine development.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period
Scope: Full-time
