As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems for real-world business problems at scale.

You will work closely with product teams, developers, and management to translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to shaping the company's AI strategy and technical direction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and train machine learning models for production environments
• Develop and maintain scalable ML infrastructure with a focus on performance and reliability
• Work with MLOps flows, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models
• Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into production systems
• Work with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, experimentation, and model evaluation
• Build and optimize ML pipelines and AI-driven systems
• Participate in architectural decisions and the development of AI best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders

The role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, fitting for someone who wants to combine technical excellence with high impact on both product and business.

• Have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on machine learning systems
• Have excellent knowledge of Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Have experience taking ML models from prototype to production, including monitoring and iterative improvement
• Have experience with MLOps, production deployment, and scalable ML infrastructure
• Are self-motivated and thrive in a rapidly growing startup environment where priorities can change quickly
• Are a strong communicator and can explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Speak and write English fluently

Additional desirable qualifications include:

• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Experience working with AI-driven products in production environments with large datasets and high traffic
• Experience with AI APIs, integration solutions, and distributed systems
• Experience from e-commerce, retail tech, or marketplace platforms
• Previous experience working in international and rapidly growing product companies
