We are expanding our capacity and looking for several operators at Ovako in Boxholm

You might not have thought about it, but our high-quality and durable steel is everywhere in society: in cars and trucks around the world, in the snowplow clearing roads in winter, in wind turbines providing renewable energy, and in the barbell at the gym. Your Role

We are currently looking for machine and process operators for our various production sections.

As an operator, you will become an important part of our manufacturing and contribute to ensuring our steel maintains the highest quality. You will primarily work in shifts and have significant autonomy. At Ovako, this means freedom under responsibility in an environment where safety is always the top priority.

The work involves monitoring, controlling, and driving production forward together with colleagues. You will become part of a workplace characterized by collaboration, engagement, and a strong team spirit.

Working Hours: Shift work

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who want to contribute to our success and develop together with us. As a machine or process operator with us, you are:

  • Responsible and meticulous, with the desire to always do your best.
  • Curious and open to learning new things.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration and communication.
  • Engaged and driven, with a focus on improvements and safety.
  • A B or AM driver's license is desirable for the position.

Qualifying Experience

We would appreciate it if you also have one or more of the following experiences or educations:

  • Previous work in industry or production.
  • High school education.
  • Forklift license or overhead crane license.
  • Training in hot work.
