About the Job

We are now looking for you who want to take our customer experience to a new level. In this role, you will independently gather information from various sources and process, compile, and structure the information on product pages and other areas of our website. Your responsibilities include uploading new products to our website, updating existing ones, writing guides and informational pages, as well as structuring data and products to make it easy for our customers to find the right items in our assortment. You will also be involved in decisions regarding purchasing and assortment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Import products to our website
• Write explanatory texts about products
• Create guides and other material for our website
• Improve the site's layout and imagery
• Maintain products on our website through price updates, compatibility checks, etc.
• Participate in determining assortment and purchasing

About You

To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in cycling and extensive knowledge of bicycles, both regarding sales and technical aspects. It is an advantage if you are a cyclist yourself and enjoy delving into details and technology.

You are meticulous and accustomed to working in a structured and efficient manner with a high degree of personal responsibility. You express yourself very well in writing and can produce texts with clear and relevant information.

You are experienced in working with computers and using Excel or similar tools to process large amounts of information in a systematic and efficient way. Experience with using AI tools to process and produce data and generate information is a plus.

The position is flexible with freedom under responsibility. It is an advantage if you live near one of our offices in Tyresö or Söderhamn, but remote work is not impossible.
