JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibilities include, among other things, administering the clients in your unit and all tasks associated with being a client manager. Administration is part of the role, meaning you will handle staff time reporting to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), salary reporting, and ensure that documentation is completed. You are the direct manager to the personal assistants in your unit.

The base of operations is the office in Malmö, but travel is included in the role as you need to be able to reach the clients' homes.

Requirement: You must have a valid Category B driver's license.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have experience with administration. You should enjoy contacting new people and have multiple contact areas in your work. You are a problem solver who is accustomed to change, thrives when there is a lot to do, and is a driven person.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Salary is set individually.

OmsorgsCompagniet values the safety of both clients and staff, and therefore has a routine of always requesting a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) for all persons employed in the company. This means that we will request a register extract from you before you start working. The Police's processing time can be up to two weeks - order your register extract as soon as possible.
