I am a 38-year-old woman living in Gävle.

I need a personal assistant to help me live an equal and independent life. You will assist and support me during daily activities, personal care, communication, training, and other activities.

As my assistant, you will become part of a safe and close-knit team. My assistants care for both me and each other as colleagues, and it is important to me that you share this attitude.

I am looking for someone with good judgment. You are responsible and have the ability to put my needs at the center when working with me.

You are a safe, calm, and humble person who is curious about me and how I want things to be.

I appreciate that you take initiative so that I receive the stimulation I need and want every day. That you contribute to my ability to socialize with friends and find fun activities during my free time.

Requirements: The most important thing for me is that I feel safe with you and that our personal chemistry feels good. Besides that, I am primarily looking for you who have experience in personal assistance or another relevant care profession. It is an advantage if you are trained as a nursing assistant.

Working hours and employment degree: With me, new assistants start as hourly substitutes so that we can get to know each other. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a permanent part-time position.

The work shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant for us.
