About the role
We are strengthening our facility in Luleå by adding another supervisor. You will become part of a team of 13 people, consisting of a site manager, supervisors, damage technicians, and mechanics.
Since you will handle the entire chain from initial customer contact to invoicing, you will work significantly with administrative tasks, but of course, you will also be active in the workshop to follow up on jobs.
Examples of typical tasks include:
- Planning, leading, and distributing work for daily operations
- Creating work orders and invoicing
- Customer contact (via phone and in-person at the facility)
- Ordering spare parts
- Damage inspection
- Calculating estimates in Cabas
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience in automotive workshops

Experience with Cabas is considered an asset. Previous experience as a supervisor or damage assessor is also advantageous.
While your background is important, we train and develop all colleagues and highly value personal qualities. As a person, you are structured and problem-solving. We look for someone with a proactive work style who highly values good collaboration with colleagues. Furthermore, you are communicative and customer-oriented.
