We are now looking for a confident and independent accountant who wants to take the next step in a business-oriented role focusing on customer accounts receivable, accounting, and the development of financial flows. At our partner's company, you will become part of an established group and an experienced finance department where you will work closely with colleagues, controllers, and operations in several group companies.

About the role

As an accountant, you will become part of a central finance department that supports several companies within the group. Initially, the role will have a clear focus on customer accounts receivable, payments, invoicing, and ongoing accounting. You will also work with payment flows, reconciliations, and reminder management in a business with many processes and ongoing initiatives to automate and streamline ways of working.

The role is flexible and can develop over time towards more qualified accounting work, monthly closing, and broader responsibilities within the finance function.

Your main tasks:

• Handle payments, invoicing, and customer accounts receivable
• Work with reminder management and reconciliations
• Manage payment flows, discrepancies, and follow-ups
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support colleagues and controllers with finance-related questions
• Contribute to the development and streamlining of routines and processes

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have at least approximately three years of experience working in finance, accounting, or customer accounts receivable. You have a good understanding of ongoing accounting and feel confident taking responsibility for your tasks, making your own decisions within your area, and driving your work forward.

We would like you to have:

• At least three years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Good understanding of ongoing accounting and receivables
• Experience with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have worked in the systems Pyramid and/or X-flow.

About the employment

This is initially a consultancy assignment via OIO for 6-12 months, with a long-term intention of employment with our client.
