We are now looking for a careful and hardworking employee for our concrete factory.

The position involves work with plastering, grinding, and patching, as well as finishing concrete walls prior to transport to the customer.

Job Responsibilities

As a concrete worker with us, you will among other things:

• Patch and plaster concrete walls.
• Spackle and level surfaces.
• Prepare concrete elements for delivery and transport.
• Ensure that the products meet the required quality standards.
• Work together with other staff in production.

We are looking for you who

• Are practical-minded and enjoy physical work.
• Have experience with concrete work, plastering, or construction work (advantageous, but not a requirement).
• Are careful, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Have a good work ethic and are punctual.
• Can read and understand construction and structural drawings.
• Have good collaboration skills.
• Have experience from the prefabrication or concrete industry (advantageous).
• Have a forklift or overhead crane license (a plus).

About the Position

• Full-time, 100%.
• Work location: Kilanda.
• Start date: According to agreement.
