As a Service Advisor for customers in Kista, you will become a key contact point between our customers, the workshop, and administrative functions. You are responsible for customer reception, service planning, and follow-up, as well as ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers welcomingly and professionally at reception, both in person and via phone/email.
- Receive vehicles, register cases, and document customer needs in Automaster.
- Plan and book service and repair jobs in the workshop's system.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding cost estimates, schedules, and any additional work.
- Collaborate with technicians to monitor workflows, order spare parts, and ensure quality in delivery.
- Handle invoicing, warranty issues, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
- Participate in improvement work regarding customer processes, workshop flows, and the use of Automaster.
Qualifications and who we are looking for
- Experience in customer reception or service advising within the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in working with workshop systems; experience with Automaster is required.
- Understanding of service and repair processes as well as vehicle components is an advantage.
- Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused with good communication skills.
- Good ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid B-driver's license is required.
