Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced and independent registrar for a long-term assignment with a public sector organization in Gothenburg.
The organization is undertaking important development work to ensure modern, quality-assured, and legal handling of documents and cases. You will play a central role in creating structure, implementing working methods, and contributing specialist competence in this area.
The assignment includes, among other things:
- Updating and quality-assuring the document management plan based on the organization's current working methods
- Implementing the document management plan in the case and document management system Ciceron
- Designing routines and guidelines for diary registration and case handling according to current governing documents
- Conducting training and knowledge transfer to employees regarding diary registration and document management
- Updating disposal decisions linked to the organization's messaging system
- Driving the implementation of e-archives in Ciceron
This assignment is suitable for you who have experience with diary registration, document management, and archival issues, and who thrive in a role that combines operational work with the development of routines and working methods.

Assignment scope: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid, with the possibility of working 50% remotely.
Start: As soon as possible.
End: 2026-12-31 with an option to extend for 12 months.

To be successful in this role, you need
- At least 3 years of experience as a registrar
- Knowledge of large case/document systems, preferably Ciceron and SharePoint.
- Good knowledge of public documents, diary registration, confidentiality assessment, and archiving.
- A high understanding of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive information.
- Meritorious: Previous assignments within municipal operations.
