Olofström Health Center is part of Hälsoval Blekinge. At the health center, we are approximately 30 employees from various professions working closely together. We have over 7,000 registered patients of various ages.

The health center is environmentally certified. We are located close to the bus station, offering excellent commuting opportunities. In Region Blekinge, we have access to two gyms, one in Karlshamn and one in Karlskrona, plus an annual wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK.

The workplace has several development projects underway and works based on RAK, which stands for "Right Competence for the Right Task." This means we strive for each professional group to work at the top of their competence.

About the Job

We offer a secure, developmental, and educational position as a resident physician (underläkare) at the health center. As a doctor, you will work broadly within general medicine with varied outpatient activities and acute assessments. We would be pleased if you, as an applicant, are also interested in beginning ST (Specialist Training) in general medicine in the future.

We have good competence across all professions and offer a workplace with high job satisfaction, strong cohesion, new exciting projects, and challenges.

We are looking for you who

Have a Swedish medical license and wish to start or continue your medical career with a responsible and educational role within primary care. Personal suitability is highly valued. You have good collaboration skills, put the patient first, and contribute to a pleasant and good working environment. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Some of our positions are security-classified, which means the employee must undergo a security clearance interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). Applicants offered employment must provide an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record register before employment.
