We at the Meal Services Department are looking for a chef for the Fjällbacka service kitchen!

Responsibilities

As a chef with us, you will be involved in all parts of kitchen work, from preparations and cooking and special diets to self-control and taste testing. You will also work with our food data program Mashie as well as dishwashing and cleaning. We value your active participation so that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education in the Restaurant and Food program with a focus on chef, or other equivalent education with knowledge of nutrition, special diets, cooking, and food hygiene.
• Experience in large-scale cooking and special diets is meritorious.
• Good computer skills.
• A Category B driver's license is required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented with a good attitude and a desire to create a good experience for guests.
• Has personal drive, is passionate about cooking, and sees what needs to be done.
• Has good communication skills and masters Swedish in speech and writing.

Conditions:

The position is a fixed-term appointment (deputy) at 91 percent with work every third weekend. If needed, you may be placed in other kitchens. The recruitment process takes place continuously during the application period. The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made. Start date August 17 or earlier.
