In your role as a Project Manager here, you will create value by leading projects of varying sizes and complexities for some of the market's most exciting technology companies. Your task is to support our customers within defense, automotive, energy, process, and manufacturing with everything from investment projects within production to product development or industrialization projects.

As a Project Manager here, you will develop and strengthen your ability to organize, prioritize, and solve complex problems. You will be responsible for driving the project forward and ensuring that goals are met within time and budget. Your leadership and ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be a contributing factor to the project's development.

Today, we are a group of project managers with 0 to 25 years of experience from leading roles within the industry. We offer you the opportunity to develop in a modern workplace with challenging tasks and exciting projects. You will have the privilege of being surrounded by competent colleagues who are happy to share their experience and knowledge.

We also believe that a good balance between work and life is important. The assignments with our customers are primarily located geographically between Södertälje and Uppsala, alternatively in our own premises or remotely. We constantly receive requests to help customers throughout Sweden, so it is an advantage if you are willing to take on assignments in other locations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with 5-10 years of experience in project management within industry, preferably from production or product development. You are an educated engineer, and it is an advantage if you have experience of projects in different industries, e.g., automotive, defense, energy, or similar. We currently have many interesting requests within the defense industry, which is why experience specifically in this area is considered particularly advantageous.

As a person, you have the ability to create security, engagement, and success within your projects. You are driven by solving challenges together with others and you always contribute that little extra. You are positive, result-oriented, and enjoy working with other people.

If you are certified in any of the following frameworks and areas: PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar, this is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you are not already a certified project manager, you will get the opportunity to become one with us.

You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To be eligible for this position, only Swedish citizenship is accepted. You may need to undergo a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
