About the Role
As a Service Technician at Rechon Life Science, you will play a central role in the operation, maintenance, and development of business-critical water systems in a GMP-regulated environment. The role entails overall technical responsibility for systems related to purified water, WFI (Water for Injection), and pure steam, with a focus on stable operation, high availability, and compliance with current regulations.

You do not need prior experience specifically with WFI – what matters most is that you have a strong technical background and an interest in developing within this area. Here you will have the opportunity to take clear responsibility and eventually become a specialist in these systems.

You will work closely with both internal functions and external suppliers, serving as a key technical resource within the organization. In this role, you will also actively contribute to improvement initiatives and investment projects related to the systems.

Your main responsibilities as a Service Technician will include:

• Operation and monitoring of purified water, WFI, and pure steam systems
• Troubleshooting technical issues and initiating corrective actions
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance
• Participating in the development and improvement of systems and working methods
• Working with technical documentation in accordance with GMP
• Serving as a contact person for suppliers and service partners
• Supporting other technicians in the organization as needed

This is a direct hire position based in Malmö.

About You
We are looking for you who are a service technician or have a similar technical background and wish to take the next step in your career. You have experience working with technical systems within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with water, process, or utilities systems is a significant plus.
You work in a structured and meticulous manner and possess analytical skills that enable you to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. This role suits you if you thrive with responsibility, are self-motivated, and value collaboration with others.

Key requirements for the role include:

• Experience in technical work within operation, maintenance, or service
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Interest in working with and developing within water and process systems
• Ability to work in a structured and systematic way
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
