We are currently looking for several personal assistants for a position just outside Ljusdal. The client is a cheerful person living with the after-effects of a stroke that occurred several years ago. They need support in their daily life to live as independently and richly as possible.

We are looking for you who are secure, sensitive, and have a positive outlook. You enjoy working closely with people and understand the importance of creating a daily life characterized by respect, joy, and security.

About the job

The work involves supporting the client in daily life with tasks such as:

• personal care
• transfers
• household chores
• activities and social interaction

The client appreciates humor, social interaction, and assistants who contribute positive energy, while also being calm and professional when the situation requires it.

We are looking for you who:

• are responsible and reliable
• have a good attitude and a calm working method
• are flexible and solution-oriented
• preferably have experience in care, elderly care, or personal assistance
• have a driver's license and access to a car as the workplace is located outside Ljusdal

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and the chemistry between you and the client.

About the positions

• varying working hours including days, evenings, and weekends
• both part-time and hourly temporary positions may be available

The goal of our operations is for our clients to be able to live as independently as possible. We have a collective agreement between Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances, and other salary supplements apply according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
