With us, you have the most fun side job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities, while gaining experience and qualifications for working with leadership and groups.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It doesn't get much more fun than that! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you will have the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. We hope the children will be inspired to continue with sports, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for someone who:

• Loves working with children
• Is joyful, playful, and engaged
• Has football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively has a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

🎯 Your goal is to constantly work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.

🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games in a playful and engaged manner. These exercises are developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.

🎯 We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all exercises and games are fully planned out. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement – focusing on dribbling, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will attend our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Terms

• Hourly employment
• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 10:00–12:00 at Solängskolan's gymnasium.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
