About the role

As a Technical Administrator / Configuration Manager, you will work closely with project managers, development teams, and other functions at the client. The role combines technical administration, configuration management, and business development, where you contribute to ensuring quality, traceability, and efficient processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.

A large part of the work will also be directed towards business development and improvement of internal working methods and processes.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Work with various types of product development and maintenance assignments
• Participate in several parallel projects together with project managers and project teams
• Work towards common goals in the form of finished products and services
• Be responsible for technical administration and structuring of information and data
• Create documentation plans and ensure that they are followed
• Be responsible for configuration management and ensure traceability and version control
• Support other parts of the organization when creating new documents and articles
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, working methods, and routines
• Ensure that communication, documentation, and reporting reach the right recipients in the projects

We are looking for you who:

• Have a university or civil engineering degree, for example in industrial economics or a similar field
• Have at least 4+ years of experience in technical administration, document management, or configuration management
• Have a good understanding of quality processes and structured working methods
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
