Where you will work

Home Care Lund is a newly established business experiencing strong growth. Your work as a nurse involves, in addition to direct patient care, assisting with the introduction, training, and delegation to a growing staff group. You will mentor home care staff in their daily tasks related to health and medical duties. You are responsible for long-term planning, including risk assessments and health plans, as well as acute interventions when unexpected events occur.

We have a completely new dementia team that offers exciting conditions for working with dementia care.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate closely with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague on a part-time basis for a permanent position with a probationary period with an employment level of 75–100%, with a start date to be agreed upon.

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

We would prefer that you have previous experience in home healthcare as well as knowledge of dementia care.

Before we offer employment, we require an unopened extract from the police register of criminal records. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
